George will be there every step of the way to demonstrate movements, coach technique and push you to be your best.
Our main gym floor has a variety of equipment so we can constantly change the types of workouts on offer.
Large Group (5+ people)
£7 per person
All are welcome to the open workout. Even at full capacity it’s far more intimate than a commercial gym’s fitness classes.
Small Group (2-4 people)
£20 per person
All the benefits of private coaching with the buzz of a group workout.
